Nictap is a good app, simple, smooth and very effective if you don’t cheat with the daily smoking, everything works quickly except for some animations that are a little bit longer. Still 5 stars tho, the idea is great.

Where can I find the Motivational messages?

The Motivation messages are located in the Notification screen and also they appear as a toast message from the bottom of the screen. You can go to the screen and check all your notifications.

How do I connect and compete with my friends?

You can connect with friends by sharing your username from the "Friends" section in the app. Once connected, you can view each other’s progress and compete in challenges.

What should I do if I relapse or miss a goal?

If you relapse or miss a goal, don’t be discouraged. Reflect on what caused the setback and adjust your plan. Use the app’s resources, such as motivational tips and support groups, to get back on track.

How can I change my goal of smoked cigarettes per day?

You can change your daily goal by going in the Goals screen and changing the number from the scroller. Make sure it is challenging and you will try to achieve it. We know you can!

How can I delete my account statistics?

To delete your account statistics, go to the "Profile screen" page and select "Delete Account" option. Please note that this action is irreversible.
