The Motivation messages are located in the Notification screen and also they appear as a toast message from the bottom of the screen. You can go to the screen and check all your notifications.
You can connect with friends by sharing your username from the "Friends" section in the app. Once connected, you can view each other’s progress and compete in challenges.
If you relapse or miss a goal, don’t be discouraged. Reflect on what caused the setback and adjust your plan. Use the app’s resources, such as motivational tips and support groups, to get back on track.
You can change your daily goal by going in the Goals screen and changing the number from the scroller. Make sure it is challenging and you will try to achieve it. We know you can!
